Reviews and Ratings
I felt like I paid to stay in a giant shoebox due to the average but clean rooms with low-level guest supplies. However, the polite and wonderful staff, as well as the overall feel of the hotel and rooms, made my stay pleasant. The hotel is big enough, clean, and nice, offering everything needed for a short stay, with the added bonus of a small balcony.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, but the odd oval window made me feel like I was in a giant shoe box. The staff was overly attentive at times, but their lovely hospitality made up for it. The location was good, though a bit out of the way for walking. The dining options were extensive, but the professionalization was lacking. Overall, a pleasant stay with a couple of quirks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very large and comfortable but felt a bit pricey for what they offered at 170 EUR per night. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, taking me on a tour of several rooms despite not quite living up to the 5-star expectation. However, the room size for the price was a downside.
The hotel is in a perfect spot, nestled in the upscale embassy district of Kiev, offering calm surroundings halfway to everything you might need. The rooms are spacious and zen, though a bit dark and smaller than expected from the website. The service is incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome. The dining options are delicious but come at a slightly higher price point. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups that don't overshadow the positive aspects.
